In case I ever loose the little post card that we have of a painting by Stefan Horik, I'm blogging this so that we can find his name later. We saw some of his work in a gallery a couple of years ago in Quebec City and it was great. I've found some pictures online but it's no where near "wow" as they are in real life. The ones we saw are pretty "gunky" so it's hard to capture that in a jpg I guess.
One of these days we'll pick up something of his when it's a bit more in the budget to buy original art. ;-)
You should make that guy a deal: He gives you a painting and you make him a decent web site!!!
ReplyDeleteThat is a pretty bad site. Here's a little pointer. For all the content you have to visit in French. If you visit in English, all the content appears to be missing.

ReplyDeleteI offered a couple of times to help out the really awesome lady who took pic's for our wedding fix up her website (it's SO hard to find it with google unless your know how to spell the domain name correctly). That was a no-go. *shrug* You can only help out people so much...
