Ribs Ottawa

It's that time of year again: rib fest. Mmmm..... I just hope that it's not raining too much to enjoy it.

  1. I find that the ribs are pretty good, but they aren't any better than anything I could make at home. I like to cook ribs in the slow cooker. The meat is fall-of-the-bone tender. Plus I like spicy foods, so we tend to use a sauce with a little bit of kick. The sauces at the rib fest are meant for the general public, and mostly don't have much spicyness to them. If only chilly chiles (http://www.chillychiles.com/) still had their shop downtown, I could get some nice sauce and make some really good wings.
