Health Canada is advising Canadians
not to take certain drugs with grapefruit juice. Did other people know about this?

The dose is probably intended to be entirely absorbed, so an overdose isn't possible unless you take too many pills. :) Underabsorption could happen if it passes through you too quickly I guess!
