Does anybody else think this is not going to work? It will be impossible to manage. The people setting the policies will not keep in sync with the people at customer service. It will probably be impossible for one organization centralize all the customer service for all the departments. I realize they will try to do it gradually, but I still think it's impossible.
Speaking of government shuffles, the organization of the cubicles on my floor is being shuffled, so i get the next 1.5 days off while they move all of the cubicles around. Oddly, my cubicle will only be moving about a meter, but i'll take the 1.5 days off anyway. Haha!
